Requirements:Matric (Grade 12)Relevant Diploma or Degree beneficialProven work experience in Bindery or similar roleAble to work under pressure and be well organizedSound organizational skillsDuties:Operate and maintain bindery equipment, including cutters, folders, stitchers, and binders.Perform binding and finishing tasks, such as trimming, folding, collating, and binding printed materials.Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet our high standards.Read and interpret job tickets and specifications to ensure correct procedures and materials are used.Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues to minimize downtime.Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and best practices.Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet production deadlines.Monthly Salary market related
