Bim Modeller - Electrical

Job Description
The BIM Modeller performs routine, structured work in a required discipline and demonstrates the ability to take on more complex tasks. An intermediate user in Autodesk Revit Software (Buildings) or similar, who can draw/model with limited supervision and has the ability to create content within a specific discipline. Must also be an intermediate user in other core discipline-specific software.
Responsibilities:

Routine/repeated tasks accomplished with assistance.
Receives guidance or direction from others with limited discretion to vary from established procedures.
Contributes by performing routine, structured work assignments in specific job functions, expanding the complexity of tasks performed.
Follows standard operating procedures/methodologies, using them to solve routine or standard problems.
Identifies problems in existing procedures.
General proficiency with tools, systems and procedures required for the role.
May need continued support on some technical issues.
Applies experiences and skills to complete assigned tasks within area of expertise.
Works under direct supervision performing moderately complex technical work utilizing instructions, drawings, sketches and results from computer systems and schematics.
May be involved in training and supervising technical personnel.
May perform some data entry.

Qualifications
2-5 Years relevant experience within a modelling function. An intermediate user in Autodesk Revit Software (Buildings) or similar, who can draw/model with limited supervision and has the ability to create content within a specific discipline. Must also be an intermediate user in other core discipline-specific software.
