Bim Modeller (Architectural Technologist/Draftsman)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed architectural design using BIM software, primarily Revit and AutoCAD.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure models are accurate and meet technical specifications.
Manage and coordinate BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up.
Assist in developing BIM documentation and workflow process standards.
Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challenges.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural BIM modelling.
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed BIM projects.
Knowledge of architectural and engineering practices, standards, and regulations.
A qualification in Architecture or drafting is preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
