My client a BILTONG PRODUCER is looking for a suitably experienced BILTONG PRODUCTION BLOCKMAN The ideal candidate is a qualified and experienced blockman with experience in cutting efficient meat cuts to maximize biltong production.
DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT LIVE WITHIN EASY TRAVELLING DISTANCE TO PAARDEN ISLAND CAPE TOWN -> TO BE CONSIDERED - YOU MUST ALREADY RESIDE IN CAPE TOWN -> TO BE CONSIDERED - YOU MUST BE QUALIFIED BLOCKMAN WITH AT LEAST 3 years -5 years EXPERIENCE IN BILTONG PRODUCTION Or -> TO BE CONSIDERED - YOU must be a SEMI-SKILLED BLOCKMAN and WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED WITH 5Y+ EXPERIENCE IN BILTONG PRODUCTION SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE'S SKILLS WILL BE TESTED BEFORE ACCEPTANCE -> TO BE CONSIDERED - YOU MUST PROVIDE AT LEAST 2X RECENT CONTACTABLE REFERENCES -> TO BE CONSIDERED - YOU MUST HAVE NO CRIMINAL RECORD OR PENDING CASES OR WARRANTS Salary between R5000 - R6000 per month depending on experience and outcomes of skill test
