Billings Administrator

Purpose of the role
Our client is a specialist in building maintenance and utility services nationally and they are looking for an Accounts / Billings Processor to join their team
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that accounts are processed and sent out in a timely manner
Minimum skills and knowledge required
MatricExcel at Intermediate level (must be able to do Pivot Tables and VLOOKup)Previous Invoicing experience essential

Working Knowledge of basic financial and accounting conceptsPrevious billing system program experienceAttention to detail. Must be able to pick up mistakes and correct themWork well under pressure, with accuracyBe able to reconcile accountsFully Bilingual - English and AfrikaansExcellent Communication Skills Verbal and WrittenTime Management SkillsProblem Solving SkillsWilling to work overtime if requiredReliable and HonestMust be able to work in a team environment
Technology exposure
Must be computer literate and experienced in MS ExcelInfosoft | X3 | ICE advantageous (but training will be provided)
