Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Verify billing data, track payments, and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address billing inquiries.
Maintain up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and client accounts.
Generate billing reports and provide insights to support financial planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to billing.
Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in billing, accounting, or a related role.
Proficiency in billing and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
