Billing Admin Clerk

Our client based in the Pietermaritzburg area is seeking an organized Billing Administrative Clerk.
The ideal candidate should have relevant working experience with medical billing systems, medical billing codes, submission of medical claims, medical claim queries, and patient/client services.
You will be responsible for confirmation of claims submitted and the processing of payments and responses to accounts.
Requirements:
Grade 12Knowledge of healthcare billing procedures, documentation and standardsResponsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to always ensure customer satisfactionRequired to perform other duties as assigned by managementData capturing of patient information on Elive systemsCorrelation of billing codes and tests completedBad debt reconciliationAttends to queries to ensure prompt and efficient responsePerforms duties within the scope of the working instructions and SOP'sChecks and reports day closure on the system to ensure continual daily operationsList medical aid rejections for the dayChecks the re-uploaded file for paymentIf you meet all of the above, please apply directly here.
