Private French Surgery in South West London is looking for a bilingual receptionist (French/English):Job Description:Greeting patients at the practice with a warm welcome and making them feel at ease.Offering support and direction to patients in a courteous manner.Booking appointments and answering the telephone in a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner.The successful Applicant will have:A calm, efficient, and professional disposition to work in a medical environment.Excellent communication skills and a sympathetic manner.Discretion and the ability to deal with sensitive medical information.Ability to work under pressure.Clean and smart appearance is essential.Fluent in French and English.Working hours:Monday to Friday from 14h to 20h.Every other Saturday from 8h to 14h.Salary: £19,000 gross per year for 33 hours per week (Full time Pro-rata equivalent to: £23K gross per year).
