We are looking for a Bilingual Virtual Medical Receptionist for an eyecare practice. Eyecare industry experience is required and the qualified candidate must be fluent in English and French. As the front-line employee, your role will be extremely important for maintaining or improving patient experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be to make patients comfortable and well-informed.
