About the role We are seeking a dynamic Bid Manager to lead the entire bid management process, ensuring each proposal is tailored to their specific needs. You will take ownership of developing high-quality, competitive bids from strategy to submission, reflecting our company's strengths to deliver impactful digital solutions. Collaborating with our sales and technology teams, you will gather all necessary information to craft comprehensive solutions that meet client objectives.
Responsibilities Identify opportunities in collaboration with the Sales and Business Development teams. Crafting of competitive solutions by assessing client needs and developing tailored, value-driven solutions in collaboration with technical teams. Lead and orchestrate the proposal development process from start to submission, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to gather information, maintain templates, and ensure timely, compliant submissions. Manage technical writing for proposals by compiling subject matter content with Technology, Customer Delivery, and Sales teams to create impactful, error-free proposals.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in proposal writing, business development, or a related role. Proven project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to interpret client needs, conduct market research, and formulate innovative, impactful solutions.
