Bids Lead Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Bids Lead to join our team in the JHB East area. This is a permanent, full-time position.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute proposal plans to ensure successful bid outcomes.Deliver high-quality proposals that meet client expectations.Determine and approve the bid costs structure to maximize efficiency.Define and approve the scope of work for each party and project involved in the bid process.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Experience:A minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal generation and bidding.Knowledge of various contract forms, including NEC, FIDIC, JBCC, and bespoke contracts.Proven experience in the Power Generation, Mining, Pulp & Paper, or Metals industry.Salary Range: R850,000 - R1,200,000 per annum.This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
