We are seeking an experienced Business Integration Builder (BIB) Consultant to join our client's team.
This role focuses on managing and implementing integrations between SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality.
Required Experience & Skills 5+ years of relevant experience Strong expertise in SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder) configuration Proven experience with SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central & SAP HCM Integration Demonstrated proficiency in bidirectional interface implementation: Data replication from SF to HCM Data migration from HCM to SF Strong data analytical skills Excellent software development principles and methodologies knowledge Outstanding communication skills Must be available for immediate start Key Responsibilities Analyze and understand business requirements for BIB implementation Create and maintain mapping sheets and develop logic in collaboration with functional teams Perform BIB mappings and configurations Provide regular status reports to business stakeholders Track and manage ongoing BIB-related work Take full ownership of entity-level technical delivery related to BIB Collaborate with technical and HCM functional teams for end-to-end delivery Support local teams with Employee Central configuration prerequisites Provide guidance on functional EC understanding Nice to Have Experience with RESTful API programming Additional SAP certifications Previous experience in similar integration roles Required Qualities Strong problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented approach Excellent project management skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently Team player with collaborative mindset The successful candidate must be able to start Immediately!
