Minimum Qualifications:Project Management degree or equivalent with a moderate level of related experienceRelevant project management certifications preferably PMPITIL certification is preferableKnowledge, Skills, and Attributes:Conflict resolution capabilities. A project manager navigates conflicting demands from stakeholders and may have to resolve interpersonal conflicts among team members.Motivational. An effective PM can motivate their team to overcome the most difficult challenges so they can meet deadlines and remain within budget.Resilience. The work never really stops for a project manager. A PM must know how to keep themselves and their teams cool under pressure.Decision-making skills. PMs need to know how to make strategic, data-driven decisions every day and how to course-correct when they get something wrong inline and supported by programme manager.Time-management skills. A good PM needs well-developed time-management skills in order to stay on top of the stream of daily tasks.Responsibilities:Has responsibility for the allocated streams projects success.Promotes a productive and collaborative environment.Ensures professional interaction between team and stakeholders.Ensures collaboration within the team.Managing resources to ensure delivery, resource allocation and prioritisation is done on programme level.Explains the project life cycle and processes to stakeholders.Coordinates work between the project and key stakeholders.Works with stakeholders to identify constraints and assumptions.Identifies dependencies of project activities.Is jointly responsible for developing a realistic schedule.Controls implementation of approved changes.Assists the team during project execution.Works with stakeholders to meet their expectations.Ensures that deliverables are accepted by the customer.Works with the team to keep as close as possible to the Plan.Setting deadlines inline with Programme manager and monitoring project stream progress.Moves the project towards its goal on a daily basis.Uses metrics to control project progress.Communicates project progress to key stakeholders.Keeps the focus of the team on Risk Management throughout the project.Spends time to improve processes.Works to improve project and product quality.Motivates the project team.Problem solving within the stream allocated.Analyses variances with the Project Management Plan.Determines whether a change request is needed to get back on track.Monitoring project performance on DevOps.Performs project closure.Updates the organizations knowledge base.Communicating with stakeholders alongside the Reporting Lead and optional Programme Manager.
