Global Logistics Company - Analyst PositionGlobal Logistics Company with footprint in all major SA centres has an opening in their Durban office. This is an in-house role.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop in-depth understanding of the Business, understand and document business needs and system requirements. With a focus on identifying and understanding the Business Intelligence ("BI") requirements of the company, developing solutions and dashboards to meet these requirements.Identify ways of presenting and analysing data to improve customer and user experience as well as identify ways to improve operational excellence.Desired Experience & QualificationDegree in SCM, Logistics, IT6 – 8 years as an analyst within Logistics/Supply ChainSolid experience in BI / Virtualisation tools such as Power BI/Tableau/QlikProven ability to develop dashboardsData analysis skillsProject ManagementAbility to take ownership of project throughout complete processAbility to communicate with StakeholdersAbility to use data to improve BusinessImplementing new and upgraded systemsSystem testingUser training
