We are searching for an experienced Beverage Manager to oversee multiple bar operations in a dynamic hotel setting in Nigeria. This role involves managing various outlets, including a restaurant bar, cocktail bar, and a dispensing bar for large-scale function facilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations across multiple bars, ensuring seamless service and high standards.
Oversee stock control, inventory management, and ordering to maintain optimal stocking levels.
Develop and implement bar menus, focusing on quality and profitability.
Lead and train bar staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain consistency.

Requirements:

Strong background in hotel bar operations, with experience managing multiple outlets.
Proven skills in stock management, cost control, and efficient resource allocation.
Confident leader with excellent organisational and communication abilities.

Salary: $30,000 USD
