As our company grows, we're looking for talented individuals eager to progress in their careers.Position Overview:Planstin is seeking to hire a Benefit Advocate to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our community. A Benefit Advocate is responsible for answering incoming calls and emails from group contacts, members, medical providers, and affiliates to answer any questions they have related to the member's eligibility & benefits. A Benefit Advocate is primarily responsible for educating members on how to maximize the use of their benefits. This position is a full time, in office position, based in St. George, Utah. We do not offer opportunity to work remote or hybrid schedules. This position is scheduled to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.Key Responsibilities:Handling client's questions over the phone and via email. Questions vary greatly, and there is no script.
