As our company grows, we're looking for talented individuals eager to progress in their careers.Position Overview:Planstin is seeking to hire a Benefit Advocate to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our community. A Benefit Advocate is responsible for answering incoming calls and emails from group contacts, members, medical providers, and affiliates to answer any questions they have related to the member's eligibility & benefits. A Benefit Advocate is primarily responsible for educating members on how to maximize the use of their benefits. This position is a full time, in office position, based in St. George, Utah. We do not offer opportunity to work remote or hybrid schedules. This position is scheduled to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.Key Responsibilities:Handling client's questions over the phone and via email. Questions vary greatly, and there is no script. Personal training is provided, and new team members usually start taking calls between 1-2 weeks of being hired.Providing eligibility and benefits to providers offices.Enrolling new members and clients manually as needed.Facilitating requests to the Fulfillment Team to ensure new and renewing member receives an ID card.Ad-hoc help with data clean-up in our system, and other compliance related tasks.Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalentVerbal and written communication skills including active listeningProficient in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint)Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new softwareDemonstrate attention to detailsPhysical Requirements:Able to sit for up to 8 hours a dayAble to talk on the phone for up to 8 hours a dayRepetitive tasks each dayPlanstin's Employee Benefits:12 paid holidays plus 3 weeks of paid time off to balance work and life.Comprehensive insurance coverage including health, dental, vision, and accident plans tailored for your well-being.Invest in your future with a 401k plan backed by a solid 4% match from us.Enjoy the simplicity of weekly paychecks along with the perk of free snacks and regular lunches available onsite.Take your career to new heights with our dedicated training programs and a team environment that's all about support and growth.Build strong connections with colleagues at our frequent, fun team-building events.
