Beef And Pecan Nut Farm Manager – Fm1930

Cradock Area – Eastern Cape: Our client is looking for a mature person to join the team as a Beef and Pecan Nut Farm Manager.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
5 years' experience in beef farm management
Computer literate
Strong stockmanship
Previous pecan nut farm experience advantageous
Experience with irrigation systems – sprayers
Ability to motivate and work with staff
Must be honest, hardworking and have ownership mentality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Must be maintenance orientated
Valid driver's license
