IntroductionA well-established verifications company based in Centurion is looking for a BEE Analyst/Verification Analyst to join their team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProactively communicate and collaborate with clients to achieve set goalsDocument and analyze the required information and data to produce reportsSuccessfully engage with multiple clients simultaneouslyManage project processes to reach project targets and meet and supersede client expectationsNetwork with clients to build and sustain relationshipsPrepare and deliver business presentationsCommunicate with the delivery team and management to deliver the best solutions for the clientsMonitor market trends to develop and improve existing products and servicesDaily update of statistics and project progressDesired Experience & QualificationMinimum of a degree (BCom, BSc, Law or Information Technology)2-3 years BEE experienceMust have a valid driver's license and own reliable carIn-depth technical knowledge and application of the B-BBEE Codes and Sector CodesSkills and SpecificationsCritical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter expertsMust be confident and outgoingAdaptable to changeAbility to deal with clients from various walks of lifeAbility to work under pressureStrong business writing skillsKnowledge of computer operations and programs (Advanced skills in Ms Word, Outlook, and Excel)Ability to prioritize and multi-taskStrong analytical BEE skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret client business and financial information and translate them into BEE requirementsCapable of building strong client relationshipsAbility to gather and interpret relevant data and informationHigh level of project management skillsPackage & Remuneration
