Duties and Responsibilities: Prospecting and closing of new business Networking to obtain new clients Advising clients on what is needed to meet their financial goals Maintaining existing business and servicing existing clients Developing and presenting financial planning recommendations Maintaining a holistic approach to financial advice Establishing and defining a professional relationship with clients Conducting Financial Needs Analysis daily to provide quality advice Analysing and evaluating financial information Staying connected with clients and providing services as they enter different stages of their lives Setting up meetings with clients Desired Experience & Qualifications: At least two (2) years' experience as a representative providing Financial Advice and Intermediary services Formal education and qualifications as a minimum requirement: Matric Must be computer literate Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to close deals High initiative and entrepreneurial skills, with the ability to work independently Own transport Inherent Requirements and Skills: Excellent analytical skills Excellent communication skills A sound understanding of various financial policies, products, and portfolios Passionate about customer care Ability to work independently Attention to detail Innovative, outgoing, and a dynamic persona Package & Remuneration: To be discussed during the interview process and based on a commission structure.
