Responsibilities
As a WAXITologist you will be a true brand ambassador representing customer excellence to ensure customers feel comfortable and are thrilled with their experience of luxury service. You must LOVE waxing and have had previous retail exposure.
Proficient in both Hot and Strip Wax on all areas of the body for Men and Women and Teenagers.
Knowledge of the best aftercare for Men and Women e.g. ingrown hairs treatment and pre and post waxing care.
Speed to be able to complete each treatment in the allotted time.
Precision, especially when performing Brazilian waxes.
Actively engage in implementation of ongoing process improvement and embrace "learning environment" initiatives.
The ability to adapt waxing techniques to different client's hair growth to achieve the best results.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment including daily cleaning checklists and other cleaning duties as needed.
Accountable for efficient, effective and high quality customer service.
Follows all policies and procedures to accomplish these standards.
Achieves targets as set out by the Franchisee.
Other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork.
Required
Must LOVE waxing!
One-year previous waxing experience preferred.
Threading and eyebrow tinting an advantage.
Beauty Therapist qualification or Waxing Certificate.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work flexible days and hours.
Must have reliable transportation.
Exceptional customer service experience.
