An opportunity has arisen in the Pretoria area for Beauty Department Managers. The roles objective is to maximise selling opportunities by providing consistently exceptional customer experience and ensuring profitability in leading the Beauty team to meet and or exceed targets. The suitable applicants must reside in Pretoria East, Atteridgeville and Mamelodi. 
DescriptionResponsible for stock management disciplines, stock losses and shrinkage at store level dailyRecruit, develop, retain and lead a competent and motivated Beauty Team to deliver against the Beauty BudgetManage sales activities on a day-to day basis with agreed performance measuresManage the commission process in the Store - e.g. give input for budgets, communicate targets to Beauty Consultants, monitor performance against targetsMaximise promotional sales through effective planning and implementation of promotions and special events in conjunction with the Beauty Brand HousesBuild effective relationships with the Area Representatives from the Brand Houses to ensure support for promotions and eventsProvide input into the Stores Operating PlanDelivery of good housekeeping principlesEducation ProfileMatricRelevant tertiary qualification advantageous3 years relevant Beauty Industry experienceUp to 2 years of relevant managerial experienceAvailable and flexible to work shifts and weekendsMust have experience managing various cosmetics countersApplication InstructionsPlease forward your CV to ******.
