Senior Management Consultant
Location: Johannesburg, South Africa
Salary: R700,000 – R1.2 million per annum (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days at home)

About the Role: They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Management Consultant to join the team. You will work closely with global business leaders and clients, delivering high-impact solutions and facilitating sustainable transformation strategies. You will also help lead, coach, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Strategic Advisor for a portfolio of clients.
Report to the Managing Director.
Lead, coach, and mentor junior team members.
Develop and implement innovative transformation and change management solutions.
Facilitate strategy sessions and assist clients in creating sustainable transformation plans.
Interpret and apply legislation, including the BEE Act and Employment Equity Act.
Manage day-to-day client requests and stakeholder communication.
Support clients with B-BBEE audit preparation and facilitate on-site audits.
Provide advisory services to enhance client supply chains, focusing on localisation and BEE performance.
Assist in formulating high-impact community projects under the Socio-Economic Development pillar.
Collaborate with internal teams to build a transformation toolkit and establish benchmarks.
Requirements:
Bcom Finance/Accounting or related Degree/Qualification.
2–5 years of managerial experience in a professional consulting or similar environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret financial statements and manage basic budgets.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and its application.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
