Bbbee Co-Ordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive BBBEE Co-ordinator to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive co-ordination assistance and support, ensuring the efficient functioning of the BBBEE portfolio management processes, procedures, and systems within the organization. This position plays a key role in driving the success of our BBBEE initiatives and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):Ensure that financial prudence is applied when spending or utilizing company resources or funds for training and/or personal use.AdministrationEnsure daily monitoring of the learning inbox; respond to staff queries and assist in resolving issues timeously.Any unresolved escalations to be sent to the HoD LE and DEIB.ReportingEnsure that reports are drawn timeously and with accuracy on a weekly basis and sent to the HoD LE and DEIB after data integrity checks have been concluded.Reports to also have the necessary additional manually inserted fields using VLOOKUP functionality from extracted system reports.HRIS / Current SystemEnsure system is maintained and updated on a monthly basis.Any troubleshooting issues to be resolved timeously.Team EngagementAssisting the team with general enquiries, enhancing job functions, and providing continuity within the team.Value Add - Aligned to Learning and Development as well as People StrategyService to the business needs is met and in accordance with strategic outcomes, adding value.Key RequirementsGrade 12 or equivalentHigher certificate or Post secondary certificateDegree in HR related field (Desirable)1 year experience in Human Capital environment1 year experience with human capital systems and processes1 year experience in the Financial services environment is advantageous1 year experience with providing reports to stakeholdersKnowledge and understanding of Human Capital processesComputer literate with good Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Time managementStrong administrative and coordination capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectivelyAdditional SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong verbal, listening, written communication skills as well as computer literateMust be self-motivatedAnalytical and target drivenResult/deadline oriented with good time management abilitiesAbility to work under pressureWork according to set policies and proceduresDemonstrate commitment to excellent customer serviceCreative and innovativeExcellent inter-personal skillsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesFamiliarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training delivery platformsAbility to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization
