Barman

Our client is one of the most prestigious wineries in the world, and they are looking for a Barman to join their team in Cape Town - Stellenbosch.
If you are vibrant individual who can provide guests with an excellent drinking experience, who will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and experiences then this position is for you.Requirements:Preferably 3+ years previous experience as a BarmanAbility to travel to and from the property for late shifts as requiredPassionate about the hospitality industryExcellent interpersonal & communication skills, written and verbal (in person and telephonic);Strong customer service orientation with excellent people skills;Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments and across cultures and religions;Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele; Desired Skills and Responsibilties:Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations;Maintain standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all bar areas;Check drinks presentations and temperature to make sure of its quality;Ensure everything in the bar is set-up and ready for service, including the coffee stations and all machines;Assist management in taking bar stockHonesty, flexibility, accountability and friendliness;Professional manner and attitude;Punctual & self-disciplined;Extreme attention to detail;Basic computer and administration skills
