Baristas - Cape Town Northern Suburbs

A busy Coffee Roastery with requires two Baristas, one for their outlet in Monte Vista and one for their outlet in Cape Gate, with the following essential requirements:-
Minimum 2 years' experience as Barista
Good coffee knowledge and use of international coffee machines.
Fluent in English, understands Afrikaans.
Vibrant personality with great people/customer service skills.
The ability to work on your own and in a team.
The ability to sell products and services.
A good memory - know your customer names and what they usually order.
The ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure.
Can texture milk perfectly required.
Above average latte art required.
Dial in grinder throughout the day.
Own reliable transport is required.
