Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Barber to join their team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of proven experience in the industry and be able to provide evidence of formal training and education in barbering. This position requires someone who is passionate about grooming, has a keen eye for detail, and is available to start immediately. Responsibilities: Provide high-level barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and other grooming services tailored to client preferences. Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and offer professional advice on hair and beard care. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area, tools, and equipment. Stay updated with the latest grooming trends, styles, and techniques to offer modern services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Manage appointments efficiently to ensure smooth workflow and minimize wait times. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, including the sterilization of tools and equipment. Assist with product recommendations and sales when appropriate. Key Skills: Exceptional barbering skills with a focus on precision and attention to detail. Strong knowledge of modern hair and beard styles and grooming techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients. Professional demeanor and ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of hygiene and safety practices within a barbering environment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Barber in the industry. Qualifications: Formal training and education in barbering (proof required). Up-to-date knowledge of grooming trends and techniques. Availability to start as soon as possible.
