KEY RESPONSIBILITESEnsure the food safety compliance in the assigned barComply with the MSC Standard Procedures ManualProvide courteous, friendly, quick, and professional serviceGenerate maximum sales and profits by creative work proceduresTakes all steps to ensure Guests are not kept waiting unreasonably for service in the assigned bar and loungeComply with standard procedures relating to cleanliness, set-ups, furniture, snacks, menus, appropriate room, and door signsConstantly check the assigned bar and lounge areas for cleanliness and furniture repairs or replacementsEnsure all bar tables & chairs are clean before and after Guests arrive and leaveQUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of all bars, mixed drinks and other bar items specified in the bar listMinimum of 1 year working experience in 4- or 5-star establishmentsVISA & OTHER REQUIREMENTS (if any) Valid passport (at least with 6 months validity before joining)STCW95/2010 certification (basic firefighting, personal survival techniques, elementary first aid, personal security and social responsibility, security awareness, passenger ship familiarization) its compulsory before joining the vesselGood Health declaration (released by a recognized doctor) its mandatory before joining the vessel.
