Banqueting Coordinator

New opportunity as Banqueting Coordinator with this with this leading hotel group based in Cape Town.
For this Banqueting Coordinator position you'll need at least 2 years' experience in a hotel hospitality & reservations environment.
Responsibilities & Experience:
Accurately & efficiently fulfil all administrative requirements of the Banqueting Department
Communicate with groups & all departments regarding conventions & functions
Ensure excellent customer service levels are maintained in the processing of bookings, amendments, feedback & site inspections
Maximise sales & marketing opportunities within the hotel's policies, procedures & standards
Facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation to ensure guests' expectations are anticipated and exceeded
Start date: ASAP, depending on notice period
This role reports into the F&B Manager– Scope for progression within the group.
