F&M Trust is looking to hire a Financial Services Representative (FSR) formerly called Bank Teller at our Boiling Springs Office. As an FSR, you will service current and new customers of the bank in our recently renovated office that now uses cash recyclers. This individual will provide exceptional customer service while performing a wide array of transactions for our consumer and business customers. Additionally, you will recommend bank products and services that will benefit our customers. If not knowing bank products and services scares you, don't worry, we'll train you on product knowledge. After completing your initial training period, you'll advance your career in the banking industry by gaining even more knowledge and skills that will enable you to open accounts for customers. All we ask from you is to be committed to building your knowledge and skills that will make you a successful contributor to our team.
The pay rate for this position generally starts between $16 and $18 an hour.
This full-time financial services representative will work approximately 40 hours per week and receive a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits package. Incentives paid out for referring a customer to a product they don't currently have with the bank.

This Boiling Springs team will also work closely with the Carlisle Crossing team on an ongoing basis.
