Bakery Manager

Highly computer literate, excellent communication & presentation skills
At least 5 years experience
Maintaining a high standard of hygiene, productivity, and accuracy within the bakery department
Experience in baking cakes, cupcakes, sourdough bread, rye bread etc.
Ability to bake artisan breads from "scratch" - Advantageous
Must be able to manage staff (delegation of duties)
GP Monitoring
Availability to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays) – Retail hours apply
Staff management
Production planning and management

Salary
R20000- R25000 depending on experience
