Chief Operating OfficerWe are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as our Chief Operating Officer. This role will lead and direct various functions within the Company, including sales operations, BPO operations, training, compliance, campaign management, planning, QA and verification, facilities (including health & safety), and information technology.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, be highly numerate and analytical, and possess at least five years of commercial experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on business process outsourcing (BPO) and international clients.
The COO will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, creating a collaborative work environment, and contributing to the development of organisational policies and goals that drive operations, performance, and growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Directing internal operations to achieve budgeted results and other financial and operational criteria.Participating in the development and preparation of short-term and long-term plans and budgets based upon broad organisational goals and objectives.Directing the development and implementation of procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow.Ensuring all activities and operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.The COO will also oversee risk management, facilities management, and occupational health and safety, ensuring a sound plan of organisation and capable management succession.
Requirements: Relevant postgraduate qualification.At least five years of commercial experience in the financial services industry.Experience in BPO, with a focus on international clients.Strong background in sales.Highly numerate and analytical skills.Salary: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
