Our background screening analysts facilitate these background checks for employers across the globe. This could include checks like criminal record checks, education verifications, and employment references. In dealing both with our clients and their employees, you will need to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of customer service at all times. We conduct checks for some very prestigious clients on a global basis, so an excellent command of the English and French language and the ability to communicate at all levels are a must. Working hours are from 3pm-11pm SAST.RequirementsSome baseline experience: Worked in customer service or a call center environment previously, for a minimum of one year.A team player focus: You care more about the name on the front of the jersey than the name on the back.
