Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other technical issues.
Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
Participating in the hiring process to attract and retain top engineering talent.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (beneficial but not required).
Experience in the fintech industry or with payment processing systems.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., PCI DSS).
Experience with machine learning and data analytics.
