Job Title: Back Office Administrator - TreasuryONE (Pty) Ltd.Job DescriptionJob Duties:Supporting the treasury department with administrative tasks related to back-office operations.Processing and reconciling financial transactions accurately and efficiently.Maintaining records and databases to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations.Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and documentation.Communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries and provide support.Required Qualifications:Proven experience as a back office administrator in the banking or finance industry.Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Experience:At least 2 years of experience in a similar back-office administrative role.Knowledge And Skills:Understanding of financial processes and regulations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Preferred Qualifications:A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.Certification in financial services or treasury management.Working Conditions:Full-time position with standard office hours.Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.Work primarily conducted in an office environment.Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
