Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to join our team as a B2B Sales Specialist for TP Link. The ideal candidate will focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships with business clients, driving sales activities, and aligning with the company's strategic objectives to deliver measurable results.
Roles and Responsibilities Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:Identify, source, and secure new business clients to grow the customer base.Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.Sales Growth and Pipeline Management:Manage the sales pipeline, including identifying, qualifying, and converting leads.Plan and execute targeted sales activities to achieve and exceed sales goals.Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of TP Link solutions to prospective clients.Market Research and Strategy Development:Conduct market research to analyse competition, industry trends, and sales strategies.Provide feedback to enhance sales strategies and improve market positioning.Customer Engagement and Support:Organize and conduct product demonstrations for potential customers.Ensure customer requirements are met and maintain ongoing communication to strengthen relationships.Reporting and Intelligence Sharing:Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and market insights to support business decision-making.Share marketing intelligence and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales function.Representation and Advocacy:Represent the company at local and national exhibitions, trade shows, and meetings.Team Contribution:Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to overall team success by achieving individual and group sales targets.Collaborate with TP Link business manager as required to drive B2B sales.Key Requirements Experience and Knowledge:Minimum of 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience with established relationships in the industry.Strong knowledge of sales management processes and pipeline management in a B2B context.Education:BCom degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field. (Advantageous). Proven experience in place of degree can be considered.Skills:Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in analytical tools and advanced Excel capabilities.Familiarity with productivity and reporting tools to track performance and generate insights.Other Requirements:A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.Willingness to travel locally and nationally as required.Attributes: Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic market environments.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships.Why Join Us?
