Initially, this role will be remote, but as we establish our offices in Cape Town's prestigious Waterfront area, the position will transition to an office-based setting, offering a collaborative and engaging environment.
Role Overview: As a B2B Sales Agent, you will play a key role in driving our business growth through strategic social media engagement and networking.
Your responsibilities will include identifying and converting prospects into long-term clients by showcasing the value of Altum's HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Leverage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
to identify and engage potential B2B clients.
Generate leads and establish meaningful connections with decision-makers in various industries.
Develop tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct virtual meetings to present Altum's HR solutions and close deals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Altum's service offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Collaborate with the UK-based team to align sales strategies and goals.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience at least 3 years in B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on using social media for lead generation and client engagement.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated and disciplined, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and goal achievement.
Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools and social media analytics.
Reside in South Africa, Cape Town.
A reliable backup solution for load-shedding (e.g., UPS, inverter, or generator) to ensure uninterrupted work.
