Salary: ZAR R13,000 per month

Job Description:
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Housing Outreach Specialist to generate leads and build relationships with key decision-makers within UK Local Authorities and Housing Providers. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B outreach, CRM management, and professional communication skills. As the main point of contact in identifying and qualifying prospects, you will play a critical role in expanding social housing options across the UK by creating and managing strategic outreach campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify, create, and maintain targeted lists of decision-makers in Local Authorities and Housing Providers to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Outreach Campaigns: Conduct LinkedIn connection campaigns and manage targeted cold email sequences, tracking response rates and adjusting approaches to optimise engagement.
Lead Qualification: Engage prospective contacts to assess interest, identify qualified leads, and document all interactions for effective follow-up by internal teams.
Reporting and Data Management: Track and report on weekly outreach metrics, and maintain up-to-date CRM and other data systems to support effective reporting and continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B outreach or lead generation, preferably in the social housing or property sectors in the UK.
Expertise in CRM management, especially with HubSpot.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and list-building tools like Apollo.io.
Excellent written English and professional communication style, with a good understanding of UK business etiquette.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing data and documentation.
Ability to work within UK business hours.
Equipment Requirements: Reliable internet connection
Computer with updated software for managing outreach campaigns and CRM operations effectively
