Key Responsibilities: Create and execute multi-touch account-based marketing plans that focus on demand generation and deal acceleration within our most strategic accounts, including 1 to 1, 1 to few and 1 to many initiatives to help achieve our sales revenue goals.Research specific industry sectors, organisations and personas to produce targeted materials and messaging, including customised collateral to support the sales teams across the entire sales cycle.Develop strong relationships with the account teams.
Act as the link between the sales team and global marketing, ensuring materials meet brand requirements and messaging is consistent.Improve marketing effectiveness by identifying opportunities through more effective audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.Learn the target markets pain points and dive deep into their niche.Measure and report on the impact of marketing campaigns to support overall account and business goals.Keep abreast of current trends in marketing. Minimum Requirements 8+ years B2B marketing experienceProven track record with account-based marketing initiatives, targeted vertical campaigns, or demonstrable success impacting pipeline growth.Extensive experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns using digital tactics, events, webinars and emails as well as content creation.Hands-on experience with Salesforce is a big plusExperience in the logistics industry is a plus.Thorough understanding of the GCC market is a plus. Competencies & Skills Thorough experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other modules of their suite.Expert knowledge on how to feed, nurture and accellerate a lead funnel for optimal conversion.Excellent communication skills including the ability to develop, and repurpose, written sales and marketing copy.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and articulate key business drivers to senior decision makers in a variety of industry sectors.Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, with experience of working closely with a sales organisation.Excellent project management skills.
