This role presents a compelling opportunity to become a trusted advisor to our esteemed B2B clientele within the vision industry. You will champion their business goals, crafting innovative marketing strategies and fostering a collaborative environment to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Advocacy: Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with clients, acting as their champion and advocating for their best interests. Maintain open communication channels, ensuring they are informed on strategic plans, deliverables, and budgets.
Seamless Collaboration: Bridge the gap between clients and product managers. Foster a collaborative and productive environment by ensuring alignment on goals, best practices, and quality standards.
Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data from diverse sources to extract valuable insights. Utilize these insights to refine strategies, establish new goals, and optimize client success.
Growth Catalyst: Develop innovative client solutions that drive measurable growth. Proactively identify and address challenges, propelling client businesses forward.
Industry Expertise: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the vision industry, particularly the specific needs of each client. Tailor solutions to maximize impact and achieve optimal results.
Campaign Orchestration: Oversee complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on timely execution and high-quality deliverables that demonstrably contribute to ROI.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a cognate field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of experience in account service or client project management.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of demonstrably linking strategic goals to positive ROI.
Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
A demonstrated passion for staying abreast of current trends within the vision industry. Possess a strong understanding of potentially complex topics relevant to B2B clients.
