The Role:As Azure Operations Lead you will manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure.
This role involves overseeing cloud operations, leading a team of cloud engineers, and ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability across our Azure environments.
Your Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, ensuring high performance and collaboration.Oversee the deployment, management, and maintenance of Azure cloud resources.Monitor cloud performance metrics to ensure system optimization and reliability.Work closely with cross-functional teams to align cloud operations with business objectives.Implement automation solutions and manage technical changes within supported environments.Provide both on-site and remote support for day-to-day Azure operations and projects.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar.5+ years of hands-on experience managing Azure cloud infrastructure.Azure Certified (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator).Strong leadership and team management experience & track record.Advanced experience with Azure services, cloud automation, and performance monitoring.
