IntroductionOur Automotive Client in Wynberg, Western Cape is urgently looking for an Automotive Service Advisor.Duties & ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and offer excellent customer service.Handle and resolve customer complaints.Maintain customer records and enter data into computer.Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick up times.Explain repairs to customers.Write service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs.Estimate the cost and time needed for repairs.Desired Experience & QualificationMust have worked in the Automotive Industry.Must have Automate experience.Must have working experience as a Service Advisor.Must have working experience as a Warranty Clerk.Must have working experience as a Booking Clerk.Must have working experience as a Costing Clerk.Must be available immediately.
