Duties & Responsibilities Customer Interaction : Engage with customers to understand their vehicle service needs and provide professional recommendations.
Technical Expertise : Demonstrate a solid understanding of technical and mechanical concepts to accurately assess vehicle issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Service Coordination : Coordinate service appointments and ensure efficient workflow in the service department.
Keyloop Drive : Utilize your working knowledge of Keyloop Drive to manage service records, open jobcards and maintain a smooth workflow, book appointments, and customer data effectively.
Team Collaboration : Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Customer Satisfaction : Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering outstanding service and addressing any concerns promptly.
Supplier Liaison : You will need to liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing for our various parts /consumables and maintain professional relationships.
Requirements Required Experience & Qualification Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a related role within the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of technical and mechanical concepts related to vehicles.
Proficiency in using Keyloop Drive is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and building customer relationships.
