Duties include but not limited to:Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, contact, and develop relationships with key decision-makers in Dealerships, Workshops, Panel Shops and corporate businesses.Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals.Business Proposals: Create compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to attract new clients and partnerships.Market Research: Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.Contract Negotiation: Handle negotiations with clients to secure business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Networking: Attend industry events, meetings, and networking functions to represent the business and build a strong network.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, new leads, client feedback, and market trends for senior management review.After-Sales Support: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.Requirements: Matric (Grade 12)Experience: 3+ years of business development, sales, or key account management experience, preferably in the automotive or insurance sectors.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive repairs, insurance claims processes, and related industries.
