Our client, a reputable dealer group and dealership located in the vibrant Northern Suburbs, is seeking an efficient and motivated Sales Administrator to support their New and Used Car Sales Departments.
The ideal candidate will need to have worked in an administrative role within a dealership and be an organized and diligent Sales Administrator who will manage essential sales related admin duties, supporting the Sales Management and Sales Team and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Remuneration: R 10 955 per month Lucrative incentive structure Benefits: Provident Fund & Medical Aid Contributions Duties include Key and Permit Control: Oversee vehicle key management and compliance with key control protocols.
Track Natis and permit control, handle vehicle check-ins, and manage vehicle movements.
Stock Management: Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes, scanning barcodes or license disks, and uploading stock records to Nextcloud.
Maintain up-to-date vehicle movement and loan records for management access.
Other Duties: Support additional administrative tasks as directed by management.
Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Prior administration experience, preferably within a dealership environment Reside within the Gauteng Northern suburb Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
