Qualifications: Mechanical Engineer with experience in Plant + Robotics Simulation in Automotive Industries. Must have a Mechanical Degree OR Mechanical Diploma OR Aeronautical Engineering Degree. Experience: 3+ years' experience in an Automated Manufacturing Company with gained Robotic simulation experience in the Automotive industry. Experience in conceptualizing + simulating robotic welding + plant simulation + CAD + PDM standards. Evaluation of cycle times. Experience in reach checks and interference studies. Interface with customers, vendors, production managers, and procurement to find optimal solutions. Read + interpret technical drawings + schematics + tooling + fixtures + simulation setup + analysis. Project Documentation. Visual components experience essential. Preferably experience in SolidWorks. Good understanding of automated production processes. Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge. Salary: Monthly Salary package CTC R30 000 - R45 000 per month negotiable according to skills, qualifications + years of working experience.
