Develop, propose and advise on the company's adoption of BU strategies and policies that are consistent with internal and external needs.Ensure profitability of the BU's through sound financial management principles and practices.Overseeing and optimizing resources in the planning and scheduling of bus operations to ensure the smooth running of services provided to the communityOversee and ensure efficient utilization of resources in the scheduling and execution of overall maintenance plan for the buses in the BUOversee effective utilization of stagging in the BUDevelopment and ensure implementation of a marketing strategy to grow existing services and to attract new business.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation applicable to the industry such as but not limited to, the Occupational Health and Safety Act.Job Involves Long Hours and fair amount of stress
