Purpose Of The Job: Our Client is looking for a Brand Specialist to join their busy OEM team. A marketing professional who will manage the organization's brand. Create strategies for launching and promoting products and increasing awareness about the company on reputation and visibility. Help to ensure the branding campaigns are consistent, attractive, and effective.
Responsibilities, included but not limited to: Developing brand strategies for the company and campaigns for individual products Identifying products and campaigns that need better branding Performing research and analyzing market data to find ways to grow their audience Gathering customer feedback and data to improve branding Overseeing the staff implementing their strategies Reviewing and adjusting branding strategies as needed Meeting with marketing, advertising, and creative departments to make sure content and goals are consistent Improving the customer's experience Managing content and information sharing between departments Giving direction for product packaging, web design, marketing copy, logos, advertisements, and visuals Requirements: 2+ years' related Brand Specialist or similar role experience in a Dealership or OEM in the Automotive industry Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, brand management, advertising Knowledge of automotive products Good understanding of the automotive industry Skills: Creativity Communication Analytical Organizational Technology Decision-making *Only candidates that meet the criteria will be shortlisted and contacted.
