Reports to: Accountant / Financial ManagerRemuneration: Basic of R25000 to R30000 + Provident Fund + Medical Aid + 13 Cheque (linked to performance)Purpose Of The Job: Our Client is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Bookkeeper to join their dynamic and busy Team. Must have Automotive Dealership experience in maintaining bookkeeper and administration functions.Duties:General Data CapturingBooks of Dealership and suppliers balancedPrepare sundry invoicesFollow up age analysisDaily cashflow monitoringManage and reconcile floorplan statementsAssist in preparation of monthly commissions etc.General ledgerDaily Bank reconciling and cash bookProcessing Petty Cash ManagementPerforming all monthly Creditors functions – preparation of and monthly reconciliation of accounts, and loading onto the bankLoading paymentsProcessing supplier invoicesRaising orders and processing sameInvoicing and checking final costingsCompleting VAT returnsKeeping filing up to date for all categoriesVendor apps and corresponding with suppliersGeneral Administrative dutiesRequirements:Current experience in the same or similar role as Bookkeeper in a Dealership environmentMinimum 2 years' experience in this position, Bookkeeper in a DealershipSuitable Tertiary Education / Bookkeeping QualificationStrong knowledge and experience with reconciliations, communication, conflict management, problem solving, attention to detail, time management and accuracyWorking hours: 7:30am to 5pm OR 8am to 5:30pmMotor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!!
