You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated systems and processes across our production facilities.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain automation systems to improve production efficiency and quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where automation can enhance productivity and reduce downtime.Program, test, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and other control systems.Develop, implement, and optimize automated test systems, controls, and production equipment.Work closely with the production and maintenance teams to identify automation needs and troubleshoot system issues.Perform regular system upgrades, maintenance, and improvements to ensure system reliability and performance.Analyze system data to monitor performance, identify issues, and suggest improvements.Ensure that all automated processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, operation manuals, and maintenance procedures.Essential Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.Proven experience (3+ years) in industrial automation, control systems, or robotics.Strong proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar), HMI/SCADA software, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus).Experience with control systems, robotics, and automation in a manufacturing or production environment.Knowledge of control system design, configuration, and commissioning.Proficient in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and software issues in automated systems.Familiarity with relevant safety standards and industry regulations (e.g., ISO, IEC).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
